Bottle 25cl. @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate sour apple, brown sugar, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate malt - apple sweet, light acidic and vinegar with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090603]

37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense off-white head. Aroma is barnyard and light sweet. Flavour starts sweet and gains some caramel note into the finish. Ends caramel malty with a little sweetness.

Ungstrup (37665) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2004
The aroma is sour, like the aroma of a gueze should be. The color is nutbrown and it has a beige head. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel and hints of metal and sourness. This is definatly too sweet and too little sour for a queze.

joergen (28164) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 17, 2009

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 14, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2006 (Bottle 25 cl) Beautiful amber coloured with a rather fizzy head. Thin body but beautiful sweet and sour flavours. A commercial and sweetened gueuze but very pleasant indeed. And a good way to start if you’re not familiar to the style. 290893

Travlr (24897) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 7, 2011

Rasmus40 (20815) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2011
Dark golden with a white head. Aroma is light sour - vinegar - sweet fruity and sugary. Flavor is rather sweet, light sour and moderate acidic. Too sweet for a gueuze. 051210

Hazy gold color. Drinkable ladies' beer, quite sweet, and not enough Gueuze.
