Green Bottle at Pater Marcus. Wrong beer - not what I ordered. Fond Tradition is not Premium Gueuze. Pale sour ale with oily surface and a thin rim. Scent is medium dense notes of lambic ale. Quite green apple. Taste is soft, tangy, mild sour and not too sweet or sour. Cold. Consistent in warmth and quite mild. Good.

F: thin, off-white, quick gone. C: amber, bit hazy. A: fruity, bit dusty sour, bit caramel, pears. T: fruity, strange sugary, pears, bit barnyard, rotting fruits, not good at all, medium body with lower carbonation, not good balanced, 25cl bottle from Bierwinkel De Hopduvel in Gent.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2017 Bottle at Pivovarský klub, Prague. Pours copper color, small head. Aroma was sourish, tart, burnt rubber. Taste follows the aroma. Quite bad gueze.

vinivini (3146) - Gomel, BELARUS - JUL 21, 2017
Pours foggy light amber. Moderate creamy ivory head. Excellent retention. Light acidity dominates the aroma. Soaked apples. Hardly any wildness. Light body. The taste is sweetish. Somewhat malty. Light yeastiness. Hollow ending.

From old tasting notes. Bright amber orange color. Huge rocky beige head. Fruity malt nose. Subtle fruity malt flavor is tart and sweet. Delicate and refreshing.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2017 Bottle at Bier Markt. Dark golden yellow with thin white head. Very peculiar peachy, lemon, pineapple, straw flavour, and I could swear I smell the stevia. Smells overly sweet, and it tastes like weird fake peach flavour. Why do breweries put crappy fake sweeteners in their beers? It always ruins them. Odd that they actually make a gueze that is quite good. This has all the elements of a decent gueze, but the excessive stevia screws it all up.
