For 6 months the flesh of the fresh sour cherries slowly digests in the Lambic. The intense flavour of cherries and light nuances of almond from the pits determine the flavour of this fruity delicacy.

Note: ABV from 4.5% to 4% at some point.

Butelka 0,25l, a z niej przyjemny aromat wiśniowy, trochę siana i konia. W smaku. Dość obfita, ładnie oblepiająca szkło piana. Klarowna czerwień. Ze szkła również przyjemny aromat. Delikatna kwaśność w smaku, trochę wiśni, trochę stajni. Nawet przyjemne.

Angenehmes Kirscharoma, Geschmack aber etwas süß, weitgehend ohne biertypische Hopfen- oder Malznoten, es überwiegt eine fassbrausenartige Fruchtsüße

rostetti (385) - Oulu, FINLAND - JUN 4, 2016
Taste and smell both have too much cherries. Tastes more like cherry juice than beer.

I rate beers I think significantly better than average, simple as that. I am not into showing off through prolix bloviating. My honest appraisals will offset those who intentionally downgrade excellent beers attempting to appear a snob. . :)

ManVsBeer (10927) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2016
Keg @ Bridge Bier Huis, Burnley. Deep red with a head. Has a sweetened cherry flavour that lingers, with a more pronounced nose.

PlutonowyMan (864) - Baardegem, BELGIUM - MAY 19, 2016
Kolor rubinowy, troch? nawet brunatny, nieco m?tny. Piana lekko ró?owa, znikoma i bardzo krótkotrwa?a. Aromat: s?odki kompot z wi?ni, czu? sporo s?odyczy i nieznaczne akcenty winne. Smak: wi?cej charakteru winnego, jest bardziej wytrawny i s?odki kompot z wi?ni, plus lekka kwa?no??. Goryczka lekka, pestkowa, wysycenie wysokie

Pours a deep red with aromas of sour, light cherries. The body was medium and was sour, tart. Cherries seeped through enough and it was smoothe and easy.

minutemat (5938) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2016
Bottle @ Estaminet de la Longue Croix, Hondeghem, Belgium. Pours vivid reddish pink, small bubbly pinkish white head. Aroma is artificial cherries. Taste continues with a chemical sweetness and no real tartness expected of a lambic. Very light.
