Sweet Jesus that's good. Perfectly balanced, velvety, sweet, tart, delicious, in short. Slightly lower abv and a smidgeon too thin for 5.0 but am struggling to criticize here superspak (6015) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - OCT 7, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2017 375 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy ruby reddish orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy and lightly tart/tangy red/black cherries, strawberry, plum, red apple, red grape, fruit skin/pits, almond, candi sugar, wheat, bread, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cherries, fruity yeast, and malt/sugar sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big juicy and lightly tart/tangy red/black cherries, strawberry, plum, red apple, red grape, fruit skin/pits, almond, candi sugar, wheat, bread, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy red/black cherries, strawberry, plum, red apple, red grape, fruit skin/pits, almond, candi sugar, wheat, bread, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, fruity yeast, and malt/sugar sweetness; with a nice malt/tart/tangy balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from fruit tang/tartness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy, and lightly slick/syrupy/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.2%. Overall this was an excellent sweetened fruit lambic. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cherries, fruity yeast, and malt/sugar sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly tart/tangy finish. Tastes like a cherry cobbler dessert as a beer. Lots of authentic jammy cherry fruit presence with balanced sweetness. Not as funky on the yeast as some others I've had, but it was really enjoyable all around. Piepenhenrich (1230) - Steinbach, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2017
Of course, not everybody's favorite, but from an official Kriek afficionado, St. Louis gets a thumps up. ShivanDragon (4614) - Leeuwarden, NETHERLANDS - AUG 22, 2017

Bottle. Clear ruby color with pinkish head. Aroma is straight bubblegum, artificial cherry flavours, soda-like. Taste is the same. Low carbonation. Really like drinking bubblegum juice.

At De Kalvarieberg, Bruges. Pours hazy red with a thin, pink head. The aroma contains cherry, sugar and some almond/marzipan. It tastes heavy sweet and only very light sour with a lingering sweetness - no Lambic-like finish. Light body, sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. Nah, this is just not it. gopherfan99 (2012) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 27, 2017
Bottle; pours clear ruby red with a pink head; aroma of cherries and hints of malt; taste is somewhat sweet with cherries and traces of malt; dry, light tart cherry finish Ysok02 (1827) - Mons, BELGIUM - JUL 23, 2017
Robe grenat, fine mousse, peu persistante. Nez sur le yaourt à la cerise, le curberdon, le bonbon, assez chimique. Bouche à l’attaque doucereuse, tout aussi lactée, que le nez, fine bulle, finale fruitée. Est-ce vraiment une kriek ? Bierridder_S (1120) - BELGIUM - JUN 22, 2017

Clear red with pinkish head. Nose is sweet artificial cherry. Taste is artificial cherry, very sweet, even after all these years. AtronSeige (1709) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JUN 14, 2017
Aroma: Medium-high cherry aroma, very similar to cherry lollipops. Medium-light marzipan. Acidity is present, but not strong.
Appearance: Brilliantly clear, red body with a small, pink head with fair retention.
Flavour: Medium-light horse blanket and cherry on the first sip. Acidity is present, but balanced by a sweetness. Medium dry finish, with a lingering cherry lollipop flavour. No hops.
Mouthfeel: Light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: The sweetness of the beer is detracting from what I expect from a lambic. This feels almost like a slightly complex alcopop, not a complex lambic.
250 ml bottle, poured.
