Clear golden beer with powdery yeast and a big bubbly head.
Smell is pears and vegetables with hint of honey, sour pineapple, mustard.
Taste is full and bitter sweet. Light sourness too. Nice fizz, touch of alcohol astringency. Finish is crisp and lasting, with lemon peel and pine.
