Been a while since I had this. I see its brewed by Becks (a beer I like), and it tastes almost identical. Bold hoppy aroma, clear yellow color, average white head with some lacing. Bitter, hoppy taste that lingers in your sinuses. I still like it and would drink it again.

skunky and sour in a bad way, I dont know if thats a desirable taste for some people but ugh I might actually have trouble finishing this. Just not for me. Cool bottle otherwise

[email protected] bar Carmel. Light golden. Clear. Earthy aromas. Slight DIA. Pronounced sweetness. Body light though. Good for driving wifes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Surprisingly poor as for the German beer. Golden color . Nice , white head. Weak , sweat aroma of malt and grass with some metallic notes. Sweet , malty taste . Poor...

This was poured into a pilsener glass. The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow/orange color, slight transparency, low carbonation is seen rising. Slim fastly dissipating head falls and leaves no lacing. The smell is skunky "Euro/dead" grassy/burnt onion. Burnt grains. The taste is basically the same. Definitely a skunky aftertaste and finish. On the palate, light bodied and semi-sessionable if one can look past the skunkiness of it all. Faded burnt onion creates a semi-smoothness like a decent premium lager. Overall, mouthfeel is the best thing about this. But considering the smell and taste, well, nothing I need to come back to. Tickers gotta tick, one and done for me.

Originally rated on 5/27/08. The best thing about this beer is the blonde on the label. Its pretty much downhill from there, it looks good enough but the aroma is skunky, and sickly sweet, tastes bitter and slightly metallic. I dont recommend it

this is a little light struck, not surprising given green bottle. Otherwise, totally forgettable. Nothing present thats remarkable. The only thing of note, is that theres nothing of note.
