Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy nutty, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (080708)

Bright clear amber beer, small off white head. Fresh crisp minerally palate. A little dark toffee malt. Bittering hops, slightly astringent. Just a trace of hop fruits. Fresh minerally finish with quite a strong bitter linger. A pretty decent 3.7% bitter.
