Bottle. Pours amber with lasting head. Smells dusty, wheaty malt with faint dark fruits. Strong full ale taste. Light palate nicely balanced cream and apples. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at the Jerusalem Tavern on 22nd November 2016. Golden amber with shallow smooth white foam and full lacing. Toffee, caramel and spices in aroma. Bitter hops in-mouth rounded by warmly sweet caramel malts. Fruity finish with toffee and biscuit malt and a bitter note in the upper mouth. Medium-bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Bottle @home, The I cant believe they voted for Trump tasting (Nov 8th). Pours light golden, white head. Nose is zesty fruits, slight herbal, floral, slight hop cheese. Taste is dry and hoppy at first with a long bitter finish but near the end it has a sweetish finish.

Cloudy, dark yellow with quick beige foam. Balanced hop and malt nose, leaning toward the citrus. Hops dominate the taste, leaving it bitter with a slightly sour finish.

UPDATED: JUL 23, 2016 From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles El Duque. In Ikea?s pint glass. After dinner. Both sweet and bitter, with the typical english earthy bitterness a bit above the sweetness hiding the watery texture well. Very drinkable. Nasty aspect though, without any foam

Kicsi gyorsan kis szigetekk s tarts ftyoll olvad hab, lnk borostyn szn. Illata vaskosan malts, citrusos, virgos felhangokkal. Nagy, malts testtel indt, amit a cscson kiss savanyks, gymlcss aromk s diszkrt, de hatrozott keserű kvet, a lecsengssel folyamatosan erősdve. Utzre mr szinte csak koml keserűje marad, de az j sokig kitart. Kzepesen testes, knnyed, jl cssz nedű.

BlackHaddock (6629) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2016
500ml bottle into an Old Speckled Hen badged vase shaped pint glass at home on 17th March 2016. Lunchtime drink with some rustic brown bread and pate. Clear golden pour, weak and wispy white head, even with a robust pour. Mild aroma of hops, taste also hop centric with a bitter nature and I can see why the brewery claim it is similar in character to a full bodied Czech lager. The malts came into their own as the beer warmed a little and it became a little sweeter. Refreshing, thirst quenching and an ideal beer for my little meal.
