Bottled. Very dark ruby red colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits (dark fruits), plum, a bit amoke and roast. Also coffee is there. Flavour is roasted malts and plum. Very smoked/roasted aftertaste. A good porter, though it is quite watery. omhper (25249) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - DEC 1, 2003
Bottled. Dark brown with beige head. Roasty plum aroma. Sweet and fruity. Rounded mouthfeel, but with simple malt character. Salty coffee finish. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 10, 2005
(Bottle 50 cl) Pitch black with a reddish hue. Handsome, creamy head that sticks to my glass. Distinct notes of burned malts, coffee and bitter chocolate - all the right characteristics for a good porter. Dry, fairly light-bodied and very drinkable. An aromatic and pleasant porter. 181201 madmitch76 (24980) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2011
