Fules (1232) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - JUN 29, 2016
Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, vörös szín. Amber ales illatvilág, kissé a karamelles irányba eltolódva. Amber ales alap, de jóval keserűbb, és kevesebb a zöldséges vonás. Nem rossz, de még mindig nem a kedvencem ez a stílus. Utóíze a korty folytatása. Közepesen testes.

Bitterish taste, not deep, berry’s palate. Just some watery, witn short ending and good palate.

500ml bottle (green) into a nonic pint glass. Someone else said Mahogany in colour and I agree. Nice aroma but not strong, of raisins, caramel and toffee. Tastes mostly sweet and the tang of raisins / sultanas comes through at the end of the drink. Nice drop, but there are better out there and redder out there. I’ve had one - so I can say I have - and if offered would say "yes please" - but I wouldn’t race out for my next, as there are better in the style to have first (and at a better price too).

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2017 God bitter øl fra England. Spændende krydret smag. Savner nogen friskhed. Kedelig udseende.

phfyysik (1274) - Tartu, ESTONIA - DEC 16, 2015
Pours brown and hazy, almost without head. Aroma is very nice, a lot of caramel, dark sugar, some sweets. Taste prepares a disappointment. It is too watery, good aroma not including in taste strong enough. Still, some notes of caramel, roasted sugar, aspen and blackcurrant. Carb is low and I like it. Totally - probably it was a very nice beer before they add some more water.

Trolleo (1567) - Pula / Zagreb, CROATIA - NOV 13, 2015
Clear mahogany color, medium sized tan head. Lots of caramel in aroma. Sweet malty caramely taste, some whisky and hidden bitterness. Thin body, creamy, soft carbonation. Fine.
