Trolleo (1742) - Pula / Zagreb, CROATIA - NOV 13, 2015
Clear mahogany color, medium sized tan head. Lots of caramel in aroma. Sweet malty caramely taste, some whisky and hidden bitterness. Thin body, creamy, soft carbonation. Fine.

darioklc (830) - Karlovac, CROATIA - NOV 12, 2015
This pours a, yes you guessed it, ruby red colour with a centimetre of beige head which drops away to leave some patchy covering. Clear.A very pleasant maltiness dominates the aroma. A little hoppiness as well. A great hoppy bitterness gives you a whack in the mouth. The maltiness takes a back seat.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear ruby red, smallish beige head. Rich deep caramel and dried fruit in the aroma and taste - very nice and not sugary at all. Spicy hops, with a nasty chemical edge. It is not so obvious in the nose, but more so in the finish (which is quite bitter). Light body, medium carbonation. Quite a decent bitter.

anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 20, 2015
Draft @ Nya Tröls, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy dark red amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity caramel hoppy aroma. Fruity malty caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy bitter finish.

Nordcore (1641) - Lyngen alps, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2015
Bottle 50 cl. Deep red with a minimal head. Hoppy, malt and caramel aroma. Light bittersweet taste, soft Hoppy end.

hohops (1096) - Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2015
Bottle. Appearance- dark ruby, a big foamy beige head, clear despite being dark. Aroma- malts, raisin, hint of vanilla, caramel, hints of chocolate, hoppy. Taste- fairly malty, brown bread, toffee chocolatey undertones, smooth mouthfeel, some hop bitterness in the finish. Tasty.

bartlebier (4123) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2015
500ml medicine bottle bb04/2016, D&M Waitrose haul, ta. Amber oak and pinkish hued pour, healthy organic foam. Mild aromas of damp toast, chestnut, bitter soil, flowery honey. Upon first sips brings to mind a German Alt, particularly Schumacher, before developing a more intense natural hop bitterness on a lighter body, whilst remaining well rounded and near-creamy smooth. Just enough malt sweetness to balance the advertised bitters - does what it says with elegance and reticence, traditional values to be respected in the globalising craft&crafty world.

hub66 (526) - SWITZERLAND - AUG 19, 2015
couleur brun-rouge; petite mousse blanc-crème; arômes et goût maltés, de fruits rouges, d’épices et de résine; bon équilibre douceur-amertume

AshtonMcCobb (6916) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 15, 2015
Bottle from Oddbins. Appearance - deep chestnut with orange chinks. Nose - hobnobs. Some red fruits. Taste - biscuit and dried orange. Nuts again. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - never going to be a 4 but good for the ABV.

asimeow (292) - Sandsli, NORWAY - AUG 4, 2015
0,5l bottle. Dark, amber, medium caramel head. Aroma is ripe fruits, yeast, coffee, almost like some Xmas ales. Very smooth on the palate. Really pleasantly and softly carbonated. Fruity, smooth flavour. Pruny. Pleasant. Not what I had expected, but a nice bitter nonetheless.
