Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours an almost clear amber with a small off-white head. Thick and heavy smoke aroma - really really tough. Medium body, some caramellish sweetness, peat, ashes and iodine - all the things I don’t really like in my beer (or whisky) for that matter. 261111 madmitch76 (24360) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2013

Bright clear gold - amber beer. Small white head. Crispy palate. Smoky peat dominates the beer. Whisper of citrus. More smoky peat before the crisp finish. Lingering smoky aftertaste with some hop bitterness. Not as full on as the Saints but still quite extreme!
UPDATED: OCT 22, 2011 Cask at The Jerusalem Tavern, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Some sharp smoke in the aroma. Great flavor, light to medium sweet with a pronounced smokiness. Lots of minerals and stones, light honey and caramel, faint toast, just a kiss of ham. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Rich smoke in the finish with a strong mineral quality to it. Quite easy and enjoyable to drink. The smoke lingers. Lightly dry. Very solid beer overall. Beerhunter111 (20331) - P´Castle, GERMANY - APR 24, 2014
