COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The St. Sebastiaan Dark is a dark, medium to heavy high fermented abbey beer that tastes both sweet and bitter on the tongue. This St. Sebastiaan has a strong, sweet aroma of caramel and malt and gives you a full taste in the mouth. It is re-fermented on the jug and on the bottle by the brewery. The result is a nice, clear beer with a wonderful aroma and, for those who love it, a nice touch of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.

jamaty (2183) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 10, 2015
Bonito color chocolate, muy oscuro. Un dedo de espuma cremosa, que se va pronto pero deja la tipica película. Aroma ligero a chocolate y pan tostado.

(St. Sebastiaan Dark) From a heavy stone bottle, served into a tulip, ABV 6.9% Deep mahogany brown colour on the body, tall and thin tan head, with good retention though. Aroma has caramel, dates, raisins, metal, sugars. Taste is sweet, wit caramel, metallic notes, sugar, red and dark fruits, some nutty touches. Medium thin body with good carbonation. Not bad, nothing great either.

1 Pint Ceramic - Pours pitch black yet brilliant red when backlit. Beautiful in a cervoise glass. Head is light tan and plentiful. Aroma is caramel malts and banana bread. Taste is the same with a malty sweetness. Tastes less dark than looks. Mouthfeel is medium and oily with good amount of carbonation. Overall...pretty good!

McWorta (1627) - LUXEMBOURG - MAR 15, 2015
Clear dark brown-red colour with a medium frothy off white head, good lacings. On the nose aromas of caramel, malt, light herbal influences as well as ripe banana and bread. Softly carbonated woth a slick texture and full body. Rather fruity malt sweetness developing on the palate with a light aniseed flavour developing. Lasting medium finish. Nice idea with the swing top.

16oz Ceramic Swing Top 3/14/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-42° in Tulip-Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of yeast and dark fruits. Taste of the same with some caramel and toffee. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and goes down smooth.
