Rated on 20110729.
Pours clear golden colour with minimal head. Aroma of crisp and fresh hoppy fruits, distinct simcoe, grass and some mild buttery notes. Flavour of fruits, malts, grass and mild butter. Bitter and slick palate.

330ml bottle (Viisi Pennia, Helsinki)
Stuffy aroma. Sour taste. Soapy dishwater. Wooly finish. Shows plenty of potential, but this example has started to turn.

bierkoning (13949) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - NOV 10, 2011
Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Orange blonde color. Yeasty melon aroma and flavor. Hints of citrus. Easy drinker. The hop character is modest for a 40 IBU lager. Hints of licorice in the aftertaste.

Bottle, BBE 15/10/11. Pours a hazy golden orange with a medium, white head. Aroma is citrus, grainy malts, tones of orange. Flavor is dry with citrus, tones of flora hops going to a grainy finish. Aftertaste is grainy and citrusy with tones of grapefruit and passionfruit. Palate is carbonated, dry, a little light though not watery. Alright, if nothing special.

Svesse (9222) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 22, 2011
(Bottle, 17 Sep 2011. Thanks to SaintMatty) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, peaches and fresh grassy hops. Fruity taste with notes of peaches, citrus and a mild bitterness with grassy/citric hops. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.

330ml Bottle - Golden with lively carbonation and a slight haze. The aroma has notes of peach and hops standing out. Hops, aniseed and malt in the taste along with some dried peaches.

Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 16, 2011
Bottle shared by Per. Dark gold, hazy with a small head. Bright fruit aroma--passionfruit, orange, tangerine and beneath that is an herbal layer with mint and basil. Soft carbonation and the palate thins out. The flavors are not as bright as the aromas. The hops seem mainly aromatic. Finishes with reasonable length, though. Has pleasant kumquat and similar tree fruit flavors with moderate to low bitterness and interesting acidity. Mild balancing toasty malts. Not sure the fruity-tart/kumquat and its skins are working all the way through but it’s refreshing and fun.

Bottle, thanks Per! Hazy tan. Lightly herbal and woody aroma of Simcoe. Herbal, sweetish. Nice hop character and balance. Actually a little quick and ale-like. Decent brew.

24/06 0.33 l bottle, Batch 381, shared with Doggythedog. Great thanks Timo for bringing the beers here! It poured hazy dark golden body with medium sized head. Nice and overwhelming hop orange aroma. Slightly bitter flavor, very nice orange and grapefruit hoppy, with nice bread and biscuit malt. Thinner to medium body, but had very nice bitterish orange finish. A bit thin but very pleasant and tasty beer for a plain lager. Since I haven’t tried any micros venturing into those two basic styles, I’m quite thrilled about this one.
