[email protected] Lahna. Cloudy amber color, frothy white head. Medicinal aroma. Fairly dry flavor with grapefruity hops and some white toast in the finish. Light body, medium carbonation. Bit weak.

Bottled (batch 384, old backlog). Hazy yellowish pale golden colour with a creamy thick white head that lasts for quite a good while. Aroma is grass, some citrus, mild yeast, herbs and some slight gluelike notes. Flavour is quite similar with some slight toffee and mild cardboardy/earthy notes as well. Quite typical thin palated wheat, just like the American wheats usually are.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Kittys, Helsinki, 20110805) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had hops, clove and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, clove, malts, metallicness and bitterness. Adding yeast made the beer worse. A decent easy-to-drink beer.

330ml bottle (Kitty’s, Helsinki)
7- Stunning sharp dark berry aroma at first. Later it’s more traditionally wheaty. Some creamed corn spoils it even later.
3 Bold gold, brief spongy head.
6 Lovely light grains, quite white-bready and with honey-like hints. Slight wooliness too.
4- Full palate, just a little tingle from carbonation, amd also from lovely biting hops. They come over as noble with that bitter bite.
14- Breaking free from teh 4.7% shackles, this has a really full taste. Great bready body, and lovely real hops in the finish make this a very solid wheat beer.

Dermi (1193) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 23, 2011
Pub. 33 cl, bottled. Pours amber, slightly cloudy. Aroma: Wet dog, fruits, apple. Taste: Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Palate: Light to medium body. Slightly ciderish.

Brandman (2963) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 19, 2011
Orange body, white head. Aroma of wet malts and light hoppiness. Flavour has berry juice, malt and sugar. Watery and flat. Quit poor.

330ml bottle @ Kaisla, Helsinki
Pours golden with a white head. Aroma has hints of banana and hops. Tastes like a typical wheat ale with a nice fresh and fruity note. Finish is a bit hoppy but not bitter. Easy to drink, enjoyable.

TBone (18057) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 11, 2011
Bottled 330ml (Kitty’s, batch #384, BBE 08/2011)
Slightly hazy yellow color, good steady white head. Fruity nose has lychee and pineapple. Medium-bodied. Front is a bit boring with slightly grainy and yeasty sweet bun flavor, finish has nice exotic fruityness. Some banana notes. I suppose that this beer is better from fresh tap, now a bit let down.
