Taste is ok, considering beers in same category. Pronce colour but head disappears quickly. Full malt taste appears at the very end. In the end ok beer.
Wau, sitruksinen, makea, aromikas, vahva, kestävä viikset tekevä vaahto. Todella hyvän makuinen. nihtila (3603) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 27, 2015
17.12.2014. Almost clear copper orange. Aroma of caramel malts, resin, piny hops - seems hoppy for a dobbelbock. And taste verifies it. Nice resin and red berry hops, caramel sweetness, toffee. Quite tasty. Unde (1064) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 15, 2015
Clear golden colour, nice head on top and beautiful lacing. Aroma is quite sweet, there is brown sugar, caramel and malts. Taste has some bitterness, but the same caramel sweetness pops up. Medium body with medium carbonation Kauge (1928) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 25, 2015
Bottle as a gift from Helsinki. Mine’s not 9.4% but 8%. Thankfully. BB 11.2015. Clear orange colour. Off-white head with good retention, some lacing. Nose is surprisingly fresh, moderately sweet of caramel, honey and fruity notes, some grains, somewhat woody, and quite a lot of what seem to be hops. Also a kind of a smoky note... Nice, although not what I imagine a Doppelbock to be. Taste... is more of a disappointment... it’s similar but with a disturbing lagery dankness. Overall it has this pretty nice caramel candy effect. Body is medium, carbonation near flat. I quite like this. Beerhunter111 (20344) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle from trade with Hermod, many thanks! Leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, Getreide, leicht holzig, fruchtig. Geschmack nach reifen Früchten, holzig, sehr malzig, trocken, leicht alkoholisch.

33cl Bottle shared, thanks Harmen! Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raisins, bread, quite fruity, grassy. Flavour is sweet, malty, fruity, honey, firm grassy bitter finish. Medium to full-bodied. Nice strong Heller Bock. gunnar (9019) - Sandnes, NORWAY - DEC 24, 2014
Bottle from a trade with VastActiv. Pours clear deep amber with a huge creamy white head. Aroma of deep fruity caramel. Taste is sweet fruity, caramel with a light burning dry alcohol bite at the finish. Too boozy for me. Erasmus_ro (2905) - Alabama, USA - NOV 28, 2014

Bottle, courtesy of TM, 27/11/14. Pours a golden orange with a decent, off-white head. Aroma is somewhat fruity, quite a bit of grain, pale malts. Taste is somewhat fruity, quite grainy, but not as heavily as German heller bocks. Some caramel and nuts, some general fruitiness. Not really bad. Fairly full. 6-3-6-3-12
Flaska från Alko, Finland.
Grumlig orangebrun vätska.
Luktar kraftigt av katrinplommon. Smakar detsamma men med viss bitterhet. Usch!

(Stadin Ultimator) Bottle 330 ml from Hermod, thanks! Into a small snifter, ABV 8%
Clear body, bright golden orange in colour, with a small off-white head, a bit thin, with average retention.
Aroma of grains, caramel, nuts.
Taste is also nutty and grainy, caramel, malts, light alcohol, some sugar.
Medium thin body, good carbonation.
A bit too strong nutty flavour but other than that quite good.
