MarcoDL (5419) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 11, 2017
Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Taste has smooth roasted malt, pure chocolate, coffee, subtle licorice and hop bitters in the finish. Nice solid stout. MelvinKalksma (1770) - NETHERLANDS - APR 13, 2017

Slight/medium aroma of malts, caramel, liquorice, chocolate, mocha and roasted malts.
Opaque dark brown/black beer with a slight brown head.
Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel, liquorice, chocolate and mocha; ends slightly bitter and dry with roasted malts.
This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Strange to see a beer that is this dark not really pack a punch in terms of flavour and even less so for its aroma. The palate is great however and as a whole this is a good beer that looks amazing.
Bottle @ home. Bit of a dissappointment. Quite boozy without enough chocolate and roastyness in tge taste and without enough body to carry it. Too sharp. mike_77 (7157) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - FEB 1, 2017
Black with thin creamy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of roasted, dark malts. Hints of bitter coffee too. Touch of alcohol in the aroma too. Light, fine carbonation. thanatosti (1811) - Culemborg, NETHERLANDS - DEC 29, 2016

Dark brown to black with a beige head. Roasted malts aroma with some caramel and some dark fruits. Taste is suitably bittersweet and the body is decent. Solid if not spectacular stout.
Bottle @ Home courtesy of Fonefan, thanks! Pours black with a creamy light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, light caramel, light coffee, milk chocolate, lactose, little fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malty, coffee, chocolate, cocoa. Medium body, average carbonation. 071216 Erzengel (9629) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - NOV 12, 2016
Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth malty beginning. Grain there, roast and liquorice. Thick, slightly sourish, round and refreshing. Viscous body, fruity with sourish hints, lots of dark roasted burned caramel, thick with a fruity bitter roasted ending. Oily body, liquorice in the end as well, burned grain, round and highly drinkable. Nice.
