Bottled. Clear nut brown, small head. Nutty peach aroma. Dryish and well rounded with vital malt profile but low hop rate. Bready with salty finish. A pleasant, very moreish and relaxed dunkel.

fiulijn (20492) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 27, 2011
Bottle from Markgrafen Getränkemarkt, Bamberg
Beautiful amber color, dark, with generous head. The caramel aroma has some sweetness and also some light cereals, and vanilla. Smooth and soft mouthfeel, caramel flavor, moderate sweetness, very light vanilla touch; low bitterness, with a very light impression of liquorice. A fair brew.

2.7
Koelschtrinker (20398) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 6, 2011
Nettes Dunkles. 8/9/9/8/9/8

harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 12, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Clear reddish brown colour. Brown dry malt aroma. It’s good. Like the Pils it’s well brewed. Tasty enough. Yep decent.
