pivnizub (10624) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JAN 22, 2006
Bottle (from Landbierparadies): Brownish-amber coloured, thin, but firm and stable "dirty" white head; clean, sweet malty aroma: caramel, roasted malt, a tinge of hops, too; malty flavour: slightly sweetish, distinctive caramelly, becoming dryer towards the finish; some bitterness in the aftertaste. A well made, clean Dunkel, not one-dimensional !

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 6, 2010
It’s dark amber with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, nut-chocolate, light syrup. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of caramel, light chocolate, hints of licorice and nuts. The finish is dry with light notes of citrus. It’s a nice dunkel.
