Sour and tart flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Present Lambic character with hints of wheat, apples and redcurrant; dry, sour-fruity, slightly funky finish. Clear yellow with almost no white head. Aroma is butter, orange, citrus, cassis. Taste is very sour with some boozy hoppy stuff. Dry mouthfeel with long sour finish. Not so complex, not my favoutrite.

Bottle from Erzbierschof Zurich, Sud Nr. 215. Label says its fruit lambic, RB has it as fruit beer, okay. Definitely more fruit lambic than anything else for me, good and tasty funk. Redcurrant seem to work quite well, they add to the sourness but also give some berry sweetness. Noticeably stronger than most other lambics. While it can’t compete with top lambics, this one is still really solid.
