The color is black with a red hue, and the head is creamy and light-brown. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, slightly wourish licorice and hints of smoke. The mouth-feel is oily. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, slightly sourish licorice and the finish is dry – a nice dunkles.
