Bottle. It’s slightly hazy, copper-colored and with a small, diminishing off-white head. Oxidized caramel aroma with dried fruits, some chocolate, caramel and a pleasant hoppy touch. The flavor has caramel, dried fruits, oxidized malts, caramel and some chocolate. Medium to thin on the palate, semi-dry. The finish has caramel, some chocolate and coffee notes, oxidized malts and dried fruits. I couldn’t find out the best-by date on this one, but I am pretty sure it’s past it. Quite nice though. 101027 Nordcore (1637) - Lyngen alps, NORWAY - JAN 4, 2011
