(33cl bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Slightly unclear, chestnut colour with a short off-white foamy head. Sweet toast-malty nose with caramel, shy notes of liquorice and faint traces of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft and well-matured carbonation. Solid toasty cara-malty taste with impressions of bread crusts in the background; moderately dry, malt-accented and slightly bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Over the palate light grass, fruit, toasted malt, toffee. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light to moderated sweet and bitter flavor.
