COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kuuden eri maltaan, Saaz-humalan ja vadelmien yhdistelmästä on saatu aikaan tyylikäs stout. Laitetaan keittoon vielä 80-prosenttista suklaata, jolloin jälkimakuun saadaan sopiva kuivuus.

minihame2 (765) - Oulu, FINLAND - SEP 6, 2017
Cloudy, black, dark brown colour and with some tan lacing. Aroma has some hops but mostly raspberry, some chocolate as well. Taste has slight bitterness and acidic raspberry juice, aftertaste is a bit dry, slight tartness with a hint of chocolate. Low medium body, soft and light carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. I don't know if the combination of chocolate, malts and raspberry works that great here, didn't like this one that much.

SaintMatty (7555) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2017
330ml Bottle - Dark brown, very pale for a stout, but it might partly be because of the raspberries. Raspberries, raisins and some bready notes in the aroma. Fruity taste, rather sweet, with raspberries, caramel and raisins detected. Not much of a stout.

Dark brown, very small head. Aroma has raspberry, chocolate, roast and sweet malts. Taste has sweet raspberry, lightly chocolate, roasted. Herbs at the end. Medium body, low carbonation. Quite complex and not so typical stout with berries. On the edge, however, if this is good or very strange.
