Tried at the Three Horseshoes, Waddington. Deep golden colour with a thick off white head. Citrus and fruity hoppy aroma. Taste light sweet to light bitter. Medium body.

Reasonable bitter. Fairly well balanced but doesn’t stand out hugely in any area. Some cereal, dried fruit, a moderate amount of hops. A perfectly good session ale, though not hugely memorable.

Cask at Broadfield, Sheffield. Clear golden. Tight, white, lasting head. As mentioned below, aroma is all sweet Weetabix. Taste is caramel sweet at first, followed by a slightly burnt bitterness. Sweetness stays, on the lips. Fairly bitter finish. As far as sticky, malty, session beers go, this is an easy drinker.

Cask conditioned at Leicester Beer Festival ’14. Gold with white head. Quite a thinnish, malty bitter. There is a cereal, wheetabix note in the body. Maybe a simple final fruitiness.
