bottle, rated in June 2017 - Pleasant apple aroma. It has a tasty, full apple flavor that's sweet but not too sweet. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with bubbles. Aroma is a bit dry, of tart apples and a hint of yeast. Taste is semi-sweet, a nice balance of sweet and tart apples that ends a bit puckering. Very well balanced and drinkable.

Poured from a bottle into a stang. My bottle says octorock semi-sweet hard cider and its got an abv of 4.9%, so I hope this is the right place. Barely any smell, but what nose it has is mild fruit perfume. The eye is fine bubbling streams to the top of a pale brew. Pretty good bubbly flavor that really starts to grow on you. Very refreshing and well behaved. A little warming sensation, just a tad. Easy, lacks any of those negative attitudes so prevalent in my home cider. Smoother easy bubbling fruity stuff, almost yummy.

On tap. Pours a clear golden yellow with barely any head. Aroma of sweet perfume, apple, Belgian yeast. Flavor of sweet apple, Belgian yeast, light spices. Tasty, light tartness.

Draft. Pours a white, rapidly collapsing, head, with no lacing, over a slightly hazy yellow (SRM 3) body......nose is apple, slight sour acid tones, mild pear.....taste is slightly sweet with sour acid tones, apple, slight tartness, finishing dry......mouth feel, medium light body, mild alcohol, high carbonation. Compared to many other New World ciders this has both pleasant complexity and nice MLF tones. It is easily drinkable. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7

Clear brilliant golden under a thin ring of white foam. Bright and sweet apple nose like good ol woodchuck. Crisp and lasting apple sweetness on the flavor that’s not too sugary, and doesn’t have an obnoxious champagne yeast tone throughout. Just a plain and medium-sweet apple cider. No fuss.
