bartlebier (4261) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAR 14, 2017
25cl Fläschle bb07/2017, merci idiosynkrasie. - On paper: fascinatingly fermented with white wine yeast - stays very true to its starchy Heller Bock malt base. Announces fresher orchard fruit blossom in aroma, wild honey, apple pie, sweet green grape...then merges into a tamer cereal & wallpaper glue Heller bock. 9% very well hidden, aka smoothed out in silky mouthfeel. - Pairing: unfairly sampled on the same day as mikkeller’s Nelson Sauvignon, hybrid beerwine perfection.

Zlotta (4383) - Hagen, GERMANY - NOV 27, 2016
0.25 l bottle from ’BierPost.com’, best before July 2017. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a bit fruity aroma of honey, dough and dried apricot. Sweetish-malty, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, honey, vanilla, dried apricots and clove, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. The alcohol is a bit too present, it’s maybe not overly complex, but other than that it’s quite nice!

Thank you erzengel for the little bottle! Pours a hazy light amber color with a white head. The smell is yeasty, toasted malt, mild fruit. The taste is crisp and hoppy up front with toasted sweet malt in the middle ending yeasty herbal and dry at the end. Medium/full in body with fine, elegant carbonation. Interesting stuff.

Ungstrup (39285) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 12, 2016

[email protected] Taphouse Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Fuzzy orange pour with white head. Fruity and wheaty aroma and taste, some citrus fruity nuances of lemon, wheaty, straw, hay, some grassy and floral hoppy backing, okish.

pivnizub (11002) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 6, 2016
Fläschchen(25dl): Deep golden, cloudy, stable small creamy head;; solid malty and fruity nose, dried berries, wine and mild traces of alcohol underneath; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied and quite soft; lingering sweet fruity finish with pale malt, balancing hops and alcohol in the very end. Thanks! A new brewery, brewing something else than hop-bombs…

jfb (7274) - GERMANY - FEB 27, 2016
