YK23 (465) - Haifa, ISRAEL - JUL 31, 2007
Bottle: dark brown in color, weak malty aroma, nothing special, weak roasted notes, weak dry cocoa notes, some sweet fruity notes, metalic bitterness, thin bodied, dry finish, pretty boring and blend beer although it’s pretty easy to drink.

tomer (3582) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUN 17, 2007
0.5L bottle. Extremly dark brown head, small head, strong malty aromas, dominant roasted coffee taste with some caramel and spice, not to sweet. The roasted coffee taste quite strong for a dunkel, close to a light stout. some strange metalic notes. nice roasted coffee aftertaste. A suprisingly good dunkel.

DSG (14922) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 11, 2007
Very dark red-brown color with a medium beige head. Aroma is roasty with malt and coffee. Flavor is sweetish with malt, caramel and coffee. A slightly bitter finish. A medium body, a bit too thin.

taunusmies (376) - FINLAND - DEC 20, 2006
Pours dark brown with a generous off-white head. Nice malty taste with a hint of metal at the first sip. Aftertaste is nicely roasted. Palate could be a bit more thick. Now it’s slightly too thin and watery.

Tranquillity (2436) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 23, 2006
Bottled in Stone Bay Inn, Kivenlahti, Espoo, Finland. Quite red, dark colour. Tight foam, but not very much of itl. Smells a bit home-made with its yeast. Cosy aroma! Unfortunately the taste has well too much yeast in it, and not much else.

Quinten (1062) - zaandam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 4, 2006
Dark brown color, medium head, some good bits, but you can taste that its not the brew who make’s the aroma,..its the ingredients,..without it it would be very thin.

gnoff (10711) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUN 1, 2006
Draught at restaurant and pizzeria "Arena" in Prague. Very beautiful deep ruby red color, big lasting creamy beige-brown head. Clear roasted malt scent. Chocolate and burnt taste. Acid taste and mouthfeel from the dark malts. Long burnt aftertaste.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 27, 2005
Bottled. Dark ruby colour with white big head. Eye, malt, caramel and a bit hay in aroma. Caramel, roasted malt, soft flavour. Breadish aftertaste. Nice dunkel.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 6, 2005
Dark brown color, little brown head. Coffee, brown sugar, sweet aroma. Thin to medium body. Nice medium carbonation. Brown sugar, roasted flavor, mild chocolate with mildly hopped ending. Sweetness lasts in aftertaste.

Gazza (726) - Worcester, Worcestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 27, 2005
Draught in a bar, Šumperk. This was a few years back, but I remember it being thick, caramelly, and very smooth with a relaxing finish which made me want to drink more of it. Not a superb beer, but a beer to drink and enjoy - if you like sweet dark beers!
