TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 20, 2012
Bottle at the grim Pizza joint in Dolni. Typical Cerne looking. Dark brown. Nice roasted elements. Quite metallic. Worth the price of admission but less of a thrill than the Kozel or Kruso cerne.

Ruprecht_007 (881) - Cesky Tesin, CZECH REPUBLIC - JUN 25, 2012
Barva: černá. Pěna středně hustá, držící. Vůně: sladová se stopou po karamelu. Chuť: řízné lehké pivo výrazné sladové chuti, osvěžující se sladovou chutí a karamelově chmelovým dozvukem. Vůbec ne špatná černá desítka.

flemmingwillum (1206) - Nysted, DENMARK - APR 6, 2012
Rating #715, bottle at easter dinner

Almost black beer with a small, dense and stable head. Aroma is roasty and a bit chocolaty. Flavor is roasty and chocolaty with a bit tar, though some metal as well - seems to be a problem with dark coloured Starobrno beer. Palate is thin but soft. Somewhat average.

Grzesiek79 (4296) - Radom, POLAND - MAR 21, 2012
licorice, leaves, bubblegum, basement aromas, chocolate, brown, sparkling, minimal head, heavy cloying sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, umami, sticky, medium body, creamy, lively, bitter,

ThreeCats (900) - ISRAEL - DEC 9, 2011
Pours really dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma crisp and spicy. Taste a little burnt, with spicy notes and a touch of maltiness. Palate a bit thin and not particularly bitter.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2011
Bottle @ home. Roasted malt, bread, faint old coffee. Flavour is watery roasted malt, faint old coffee again. Better than I make it sound.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 16, 2011
Bottle at home. Dark brown to black pour, thin off-white head. Aroma is roasty, spicy, molasses and caramel. Flavor is roasty, quite bitter and a bit watery. Very drinkable and nice balance. Ok brew.
