(Bottle). The aroma is malty and slightly metallic. Vaguely sour malt flavor with some caramel notes and light hop bitterness. Diluted and thin in taste!

brnandersen (3902) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2017
33 cl bottle from ICA supermarket. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, grains and grasses. Taste is light bitter. Light body with a thinner texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with grains and hay. Okay for a low alcohol beer from the Swedish supermarkets.

Nonshaugen (613) - Fetsund, NORWAY - MAY 22, 2017
33 cl bottle. Crystal clear, golden, thin white head, low carbonation. Aroma is traditional pilsener, an so is the taste. Mouthfeel is thin, a bit dry at the end. Just another average, light pilsener.

Weak aroma of malt and something a bit sour. Malty flavour with some grass notes and mild bitterness. It’s fine.

Can 500ml. Gotta remember that this is a 3.5% abv and rate it thereafter. No way this can be compared with an imperial stout... A favourite of mine at this abv (i.e what is allowed in Swedish supermarkets). Crisp and dry with malty and bready notes. Almost something of dry cider in the aftertaste. Qualifies as a good lager in my book.

tfredvik (1941) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2016
I think it looks like a standard pilsner, but it’s a bit hard to tell since I drink it from a paper cup on the train. Both the aroma and flavour is pretty standard pilsner: clean and crisp with a touch of sour malt. The finish is of decent length and has a light plus bitterness. It’s light light-bodied and sort of refreshing.
[50 cl can, from a random grocery store in Trollhättan]

330ml bottle from Hemköp, Hornstull. Clear golden with several small bubbles in the glass. Medium size, brief, white head, not much lacing. Grassy aroma with metallic notes. Light and watery. Grains, grass and bread in taste, low bitterness.

Erzengel (8723) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - NOV 19, 2015
*Bottle from Hemköp in Stockholm.

33 cl bottle from Ica Maxi Eurostop in Örebro. Mostly caramel on the nose, some light fruit in the background. Similar caramel flavour in the taste. Very light bitterness. More body then expected. Not very balanced or exciting but but I don’t find any off-flavours and it is drinkable. Probably works well in a sauna.

2.3
