bkurtz (1094) - Florida, USA - JAN 28, 2006
Bottle, Poured a light golden color with great lager (light and poppy) head. Good, smooth hoppiness with a nice bitter finish. Well balanced brew.

IPFreely (1470) - Sanborn, New York, USA - JAN 25, 2006
Bottle. Clear golden colored beer with a moderate white head. Aroma is lightly toasted with some saaz hop notes in the background. Flavor is lightly sweet, some toasted notes and fading into some grassy bitterness. Light bodied. Nice.

stouby (4666) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2006
Bottle, at home (040529). Light golden with a large white head. Aroma and flavor typical Czek pilsener, good hops with a long duration. Light to medium body, lively carbonated.

TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 21, 2006
A pint poured at The Key in Clapham (London), very carbonated and a clear golden colour with a thick white head. The sharp hoppy aroma common with pilsners, fairly non-descript. A tangy grassy flavour with a hint of banana. Very carbonated in the mouth - not pleasant.

CiroFerrara (85) - USA - JAN 20, 2006
Another wonderful beer from Staropramen, it is probably the tastiest one that I have ever had. As far as I am concerned, it turned out that in this case a Lager glass is convenient as well for use.

RoyceH (1199) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - JAN 13, 2006
On tap pasteurised. Very light, clear, fizzy. A bit over-hopped, with a floral aftertaste. Crisp, but not something I’d choose

ebarnes (261) - Beech Grove, Indiana, USA - DEC 29, 2005
On tap, in Prague. Probably the worst beer I had in Prague. Not that it’s horrible, it’s just not as good as some of the others.

Ratman197 (14826) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - DEC 27, 2005
Bottle poured a clear golden yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of grain, a bit floral and a hint of the skunk. Palate was light and crisp. Flavors of sweet grain, and a bit of citrus with a crisp, slightly sweet finish.

iammadeofjelly (194) - Liverpool, Merseyside, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2005
I was expecting a crap horrid lager, but what i got was wholly unexpected, it was fantastic, a great lager taste and an excellent high carbonation to balance and refresh and served at an alright temperature.

DuffMan (10423) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 23, 2005
Deep golden with aromas of malt and green hops. Slightly sweet initially with maybe a citrus note, but finishes strongly bitter with boxboard dryness. This is how I like my lagers.
