tlind2 (1718) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 27, 2008
Draught. Clear golden color, medium head. Pleasant aroma of floral hops and caramel. Medium body, lots of clean malty flavor, nice bitter finish. Good.

Gorbalev (3000) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 21, 2008
Can, LCBO, Beer 3 of Jeff’s Champions League 2008 final pils extravaganza. Dark yellow, still, no head. Malty sweet aroma, slightly cornish. Taste is ok - again, malty, only mild hops. Some decent hops in the finish. Ok, not near as good as the German pils I had today but refreshing enough.

espenra (1015) - Kurland, NORWAY - MAY 17, 2008
33cl bottle from Systembolaget Charlotteberg. It poured a golden color with a medium head that vanishes quickly in the glass. It has a bitter malty aroma. The flavor is slightly bitter and tastes of malts, raisins and syrup. Overall a very refreshing lager.

wheresthepath (2333) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 16, 2008
[on tap at Copa of Reading] Large dense head swiftly dissipates. Soft carbonation, honey flavour with a refreshing bitterness. Not bad at all for a macro lager.

oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 13, 2008
Pours a crisp clear golden yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aromas of hops, grass, and grains. Flavor is a nice crisp hoppy/grain taste with a nice clean finish.

joergen (28106) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2008
Bottle. Clear yellow coloured wuith a medium sized white head. Malty aroma of caramel and fruits with hoppy notes. Malty flavour of hops and caramel with fruity notes. Hoppy finish. A bit watery.

Holdwine (1228) - Beertimore, Maryland, USA - APR 30, 2008
Pretty average, slightly watery, headless, not really worth all the effort to get it to this side of the pond.

Labarde (22) - AUSTRALIA - APR 27, 2008
330ml bottle. Very drinkable Bohemiam Pilsener with a low hop bitterness and a pleasant maltiness. Nothing amazing but certainly a nice, refreshing drink.

Tweety (377) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 25, 2008
Another bohemian pilsner, but nothing too particularly remarkable here. Just fine for quaffing, but not worth seeking out.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 23, 2008
330 ml bottle. Big bubbely, mostly diminishing white head. Clear pilsener golden, highly carbonatied body. At first a sweetish, light bready malt aroma. Then dusty and hayish hops followed by a metallic scent. Fairly dry malt taste. Lemony notes and a sharp, earthy bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Light sweet, light bitter finish. Drinkable, but does not stand out.
