Tasting at Matt’s, canmcberko (18441) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 12, 2014
Hazy blond color, small head. The aroma is a bit citrusy, not bad. But the flavor is too dry, with just some crispy malt, and later a light citrus character. Extremely dry final, a bit papery.
473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dull, with biscuity malt and feint floral hops. Flavour brings out dry crackery malt and some mild resinous hops. Nothing special, but still quite drinkable. Very dry palate. Decent. Tmoney99 (14772) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle shared by brew3crew. Poured clear amber hue with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate aroma of citrus hops and soft malt. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft. Well balanced flavor of hops and malt with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a soft drinkable brew.

Rerate.... Bottle this time. Better balance, and the buttered popcorn comes across as more doughy malts. They should know they’re lucky I even bothered this much of a re-rate after I just sampled the complete abomination that is the last batch of Bourbon Cryptical.7/4/7/4/14
