UPDATED: OCT 24, 2009 12 ounce bottle from the brewery. Pours a golden color with a medium sized white head, average head retention and decent lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet graininess with some fruity citrus notes. Taste is toasted malts with the same fruitiness. I’ve had some infection issues with this one, but this bottle fortunately passes muster and makes for a not too interesting, but drinkable brew. Dogbrick (13018) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 23, 2010
UPDATED: NOV 22, 2010 Sample at Flying Saucer in Nashville. This brew is a clear orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Jagged rings of lacing on the glass. Malty aroma with mild yeast in the background. Medium body with flavors of sweet caramel malt and fruit, plus a touch of hops. The finish is malty and short. Average overall.

Either I got caught with an old arse bottle at WF, or this beer just sucks. Still crisp, but lacking any pronounced flavor or aroma. Generic, light sweetness and toast...a little stale. Meh. j12601 (12000) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - OCT 30, 2009
