Clean pasteurized golden lager (bottle). From the start it is malty (not much) and tart, then it becomes more hoppy with shade of graininess. Easy drinking. dortmunder (961) - Herdecke, GERMANY - JUN 14, 2005
Bottled. Sweetish aroma with light notes of both hops and malt. Sweetish grainy taste. Lightly dry and hoppy finish. Very bland and one-dimensional. Nothing offensive about this, though. afireinside96 (923) - Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2008
pale yellow with one finger of fluffy white head. smells decent for a beer that only cost $1.50 for a 500ml bottle. nose of piney hops and some malt presence too. flavor is better than expected also. light malt sweetness with some cereal grains. finishes with a taste of blood or iron. very watery texture. overall I can’t complain about it due to the cost/quality ratio and it is much better than its "Lager" dubbed cousin. joeyplush (648) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2009
lemony aroma clear gold appearance thin head. Decent body, lemony taste with a grainy finish. ARMed (625) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2009
A typcial mass produced brew. This is more flavorful brew than your typical mass produced brew. The flavor is slightly tart and grainy. Otherwise, it is not too bad.

Had this with the Philly chapter of the Devonshire Knights. Pour similar to the regular Lager, pale yellow, small head kind of fizzy. Mix of corn and grains with hops thrown in. Dry finish with a little bitterness. Ok but not a drinker for me. Kinnaj15 (275) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 29, 2005
Pale yellow with white head. Some bitterness in the aroma. Taste is slightly sweet.
