On tap at Düsseldorf airport. Soft pils, with a very refreshing grassy dry hoppiness in the finish. A classic pilsener indeed!

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, pale golden with a white head. Clean, floral hop aroma. Medium body with a rather clean malt profile - perhaps with a lightly cardboardish edge to disturb the clean picture. Very hoppy finish. 150807

Ungstrup (37655) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2007
Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and so is the flavor, leadng to a slightly bitter finish.

Grovlam (4247) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 16, 2007
Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great session] Average thick white head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with a yellow color. Aroma of grain, straw, hint of wet grass, caramel. Light bodied with a light dry texture and a soft carbonation. Balanced light bitter and sweet flavor. Light dry and bitter finish.15-08-2007

jonas (7586) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JUN 26, 2007
Bottle. Light aromatic hop nose. Pale golden, fluffy lacing foam. Cardboardy and clayish base, fairly light body, surpisingly low carbonation for a pils. Dusty and sulphury retronasal. Ultraquick finish.

2.3
mike_77 (6673) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - JUN 15, 2007
Very pale in appearance. Head fades fast leading it to go a bit flat. Slightly musty aroma like overcooked vegetables. Flavour is a little bland and watery. Only slightly hoppy. Texture and feel is clean but uninspiring.
