Bottle - average sized foamy head, dark strawe color, malty aroma and flavor with mild hop balance, pretty generic but not too bad - a little disappointed though, as I thought I was buying a beer from Poland to check it off my country list on RB here, guess I will have to find another one jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 18, 2012
500ml bottle in a shaker. Pours golden with a thick, white head. Aroma of caramel and pale malts, plus a little hops. Flavor the same, with a few off-notes. Average texture. Not bad. Radek Kliber (7359) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - MAR 11, 2012
Bottle 500 ml Scrapersnbeer (1532) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 29, 2011
Aroma: neutral, mild grainy character, very light on hop. Gentle continental hints.6+
Appearance: amber- gold, clear with large white fine cap. Good lace shown.4-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: medium bodied. Slight grainy tartness with malty behind. Bready rye sourdough. Some but not much hop element to it. Forgettable.
Dark straw yellow and looks somewhat unfiltered and very active. Standard lager aroma that is neither outstanding nor offensive. Sweet malt taste, but probably no corn used. There is a hint of bitter and spice on finish, but no otherwise no hop presence. Beer brewed for import only, as Stawski is a Chicagoan. garrison (812) - Cin. city, Ohio, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Purchased from Jungle Jim’s World Market in Fairfield, Ohio - Alright, this one filled my jelly jar with a grain-smelling golden lager that was topped with a white head of foam. Tastewise, this is an okay lager, but nothing great.

Lightly hazed golden yellow body with mild carbonation under a long-lasting pillowy white head. Grassiness is the foremost aroma, but there is also a presence of pale malt, candied wildflowers and coppery coins. First sip was buttery caramel corn. Ack. Progressively, the flavor varies yet remains consistently bad, with raw alcohol tugs, metallic leans, and sugary slaps. Rather thick-bodied, causing this 500ml experience to approach upon being vomitous. Exquisitely difficult to finish since the presiding flavor is a fat, sugary ethanol. This is about what I expected from a EU Strong. Bleh. ~~~~~~ "Pint" bottle from Kenwood Liquors, Homer Glen, IL, purchased approx. 2 weeks ago. RobertDale (6474) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JUL 9, 2011
330 ml bottle. Pours a pale gold with an average white head. Aroma of malt, grain and a bit of hops. Taste is similar, on the sweet side. OK. envane (570) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 27, 2011
Clear gold with a white head. Smell is funky vegetable and alcohol. Taste is sweet malt with the eastern euro-twang and light hops. Medium body. DrnkMcDermott (3099) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 26, 2011
330 ml import bottle.$1 single @ Binny’s. Just a touch of skunk under the cap,not bad for an import. Smell is better in the glass. A little faint, but lacking in corn adjunct smell. Appealing pilsener gold, plenty of bubbles feeding a fizzy head. Happy with the taste: it’s appreciably malty, and it’s contrasted to some assertive Noble hops. I do taste a bit of corn adjunct, but not enough to sweeten the beer. But for some reason, there’s an aftertaste with a tinge of funky mold. I can’t figure out where that comes from, but I can write it off as a personal distraction. wlajwl (6809) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 26, 2011
Very much a pale lager only with a little more robust. Decent maltiness, good for lager enough to be called Premium Lager.
