Bottle at CGBD. Pours light pale yellow with a thin white head. Apple juice, medium dryness, average carbonation for the style, and a quick juicy finish. Pretty good. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 25, 2013
2013-08-17. Pale yellow body tiny frothy white head. Aroma of fruity apple, light musty hints and notes of apple cores. 7+ Flavour is pleasantly fruity apple with a moderate refreshing acidity in the finish. Average bodied palate, effervescent carbonation. Simple but lovely. Bottle, Campground Brewdown. j12601 (13099) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 21, 2013
Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet apple and soft musk on the nose. Nice sweetness, good apple flavor coming through. Tart, soft acid into the finish, gentle and easy drinking.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2012 8/3/12 "Crackling cider". Bottle from Astor. Served in a lowball glass.
Clear, glistening, golden body.
Faint mushy flesh, malic acid, musty white wine.
Taste is densely sweet & a touch saturated/oily. Moderately high carbonation & winey acidity keep the texture from getting sloppy. Dab of butter & vanilla. Leafy finish. Feels stronger then 7%. Okay, but too sweet. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - APR 27, 2012
picked this up at Astor Place wines - pour is initially very vigorous with a rocky white head that dissipates quickly and disappears. The pour is a clear gold. Nose is sharp and crisp with apples and floral notes. The body is crisp and pure; sweet fruit juices with a tart bite with some green apple and apple skin tannins that provide a nice balance. This is cider is toeing the line to being over-sweet but never crosses over - exactly where I want my cider to be. Finishes with a slightly sulfer, herbal note. Pairs well with cheddar.
