COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ales golden amber color only hints at its full-bodied flavor. Its sumptuous maltiness is tempered by a goodly amount of bitterness and a mouth-filling hop flavor. In order to finish our I.P.A. with a truly fresh hop bouquet, we dry hop this ale in the serving tank with both East Kent Goldings and Mount Hood hops.

From tap. Lightly hazy golden-amber with a huge white head. Herbal aroma with some lightly roasted malt. Light to medium body with a heavy bitterness. The taste is dominated by the hoppy bitterness, some lightly roasted malts along with fruity notes - grapefruit and apple. Rather but never unpleasantly bitter.

Okay modest head and gold body with a fine hoppy aroma (or hoopy. I forget.) Nice hops flavours with a dry finish, slightly sweet. A good IPA, somewhere in the upper middle of those Ive tasted.
