I love hefeweizens and I think this is a pretty good one. Great appearance with a wonderful frothy head. Very tasty!

the nose is super yeasty... lemon, dust and light spice too.
the flavor shares the same characteristics along with the addition of savory yeast.... it’s almost salty!

On tap @ Steamworks poured a hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon, light banana and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, light banana, lemon and light spice with a smooth finish.
