COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Plenty of British Crystal malt in the grist lends this ale its rich color, its caramel maltiness, and adds the occasional whiff of toffee to the nose. An addition of American and German hops to the kettle at the end of the boil is used to suffuse our Pale Ale with a gently spicy hop finish.

(bottle) very hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of bran flakes and lime, slightly perfumed, with a touch of orange peel, some caramelized malts and oatmeal. flavour is more caramel and bran flakes, rather on the cereal side of things, with a hint of herbal hops and some rye bread in the semi-dry toasty finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lots of built up foamy head once bottle was opened. Has an average frothy head with thick lacing. Has a golden/light amber appearance. Floral hop aromas are dominant, as well as cascade hops. Some earthy and floral hop flavours with a fairly malty taste as well. Slight bitter and astringent mouthfeel. Good balance with sweetness and bitterness. Tingling and light warming sensation. Pretty good, more bitter than usual pale ale.
