Cask (handpump) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus, hop oil. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, hop oil, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
Handbottled from Gazza who brought this along to share with Fin & Loz 18.08.11 Pours gold with a white head. Sweetness on the nose, some maltiness but there is a tropical squishy fruit that reminds me a little of those rubicon exotic drinks, as Gazza point’s out it is the mango coming through from the Citra. Really nice in the mouth, furry bitterness running across the roof of the mouth, bit dry, but good stuff. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8 chriso (7569) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2011
Cask (handpump) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Clear, pale straw colour. Loose white head. Pungent hoppy aroma with strong grassy, tropical fruit and citrus notes. Good firm hoppy flavour - same elements but maybe a little toned down compared to the aroma. Very bitter but retained a good drinkability. Certainly nowhere near "undrinkable"!

Cask handpull at Reading BF 2011. Gold clear lasting thin bubbly white head. Simcoe and Citra on the aroma. This is good. Better than the BAGS I thought. Really easy drinking delightfully hoppy beer. Tasty hoppy beer.
