COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The two eleven mark, based on the medieval symbol for steel, appears only on Steel Reserve(R) High Gravity lager. We use nearly twice the ingredients of many normal lagers & brew for over twice as long as many quality beers.

Has a sparkling deep gold in my La Trappe goblet with a whisp of a head...it just didn’t hold. Aroma of pale malt, a little corn and alcohol. Smooth body, sweet palate but more accented towards malt than grain. There is a very minor grassiness. What the hell? You can’t sit on a stoop and drink this. You can’t do doughnuts out front of the park manager’s trailer drinking this. It tastes like beer, not malt liquor. Damn it.

Can shared with me from a friend so I could tick it. Thanks friend! From backlog. Pours straw gold. White head. Nose and taste is mostly corn and tin metal with some maltiness. Light bodied. Low carbonation.

Can, 24oz. A clear, pale golden beer with a two-finger white head. The aroma is rather weak, a faint fruity and malty scent escapes the glass. Weak flavor too, not much bitterness to be detected, but there’s some warming alcohol. Fruity notes too. Medium body, slightly warming, low on carbonation. Short, warming finish. Definitely not a beer I’d go a long way to have again. 130811

Blandish sweet malty aroma. Horror sweet boozy taste. Full slick sugary palate. Finish has alcohol. Bad ML.

A: The beer is a light golden color with a very fluffy white head. There are tons of bubbles. S: Corn and grain sweetness, along with some alcohol. No hops, no surprise. T: Very sweet, but also some off flavors. There is a definite heat from the alcohol on the finish. M: Very light bodied and very effervescent. D: If it’s cold enough, you can take it down quickly. And I recommend doing so.

24 oz can. Store was going out of business - 30% off - only one can. Not much to lose. Decent golden color. Creamy white head. Smells of corn and yeast. Starts with corn and alcohol, moving on to alcohol. Develops something of a nasty wet paper taste, before finishing with corn. Twice the ingredients and twice as long a brew - so twice the alcohol, but not twice the flavor. Not the greatest aftertaste.
