Cn. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Purple! colour. Liht malty and hoppy artificial black berry aroma. Moderate sweet and light bitter flavor. Berries veruy present. Average light bitter suruply finish. Oily palate. Strange but interesting. stevoj (5360) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 25, 2017
Big can from Jacksons, on closeout no less. This was supposed to be a joke, but the joke was on me. In the right environment, this would be very welcome, especially on a hot summer day. Looks , smells and tastes like grape Kool-aid. No more, no less. So it’s sweet, but not overly sweet, and actually kind of tasty. This scored higher than some other "craft" beers at our tasting. UPDATED: MAR 25, 2017 24oz can thanks to stevoj. Pours out purple topped with a purple head. Nose is grapefruit black berry kool-aid. Taste is very sweet just as the nose. Cavie (4760) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 19, 2017
Can. Purple appearance and head. Big aroma of berries and sweetness as soon as you open the can. Grape kool-aid. Tastes like kool-aid. Actually is rather smooth and not unpleasant. Pretty sweet though. Alcohol is well hidden. I don’t know how to rate this. sndfry (1) - Fontana, Alabama, USA - JAN 28, 2017 does not count

Badger slump buster, don’t make me bust out the Hell on High! Good lord! This is actually purple with a lavender head. Actually a look that I have to enjoy. Initially it smelled like blackberries, but now, in the glass, it has a juice box fruit punch aroma. Sweet, sweeet, SWEEEET start. Tootie Frootie Joocie. Not much more than a fruit bomb ML. Add some Everclear and let the college games begin! 1/14

Gimmicky. Aroma was of blackberry Kool-Aid and booze. Purple color and a little weird. Taste was blackberry and alcohol. Too sweet. Carbonated syrup. Not as offensive as I suspected. thedm (6278) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 13, 2016
This canned brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of frothy large sized light purple colored bubbles that were very quickly diminishing and left behind no visible carbonation i a semi-opaque dark purple colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was fruity. The semi-dry mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a fruity blackberry aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of berries and was very fruity. An OK brew just nothing special. AirForceHops (7540) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 5, 2016
Paid $1.79 for a 24. oz can at the local Market Basket. Had this side-by-side-by side with the Spiked Punch and the 6% Steel Reserve. Purple in color with some foamy white head and lace on the glass. Aroma is grape more so than BlackBerry. Reminds me of Kool-Aid. Strykzone (7486) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - OCT 21, 2016
The base steel reserve is here with notes of sugary great. Again reminds me of Kool-Aid with a shot of booze. Much more palatable than the spiked Punch but that is not saying much. Texture has a light grain feeling.Taste a little more like a malt liquor.
Don’t hate that I am a ticker, hey it was $1.69. 24 ounce can. Dark purple with a lighter shade of purple head that is noisy and fizzy. They could have called this "Barney." Oh come on, did you expect a serious rate? The aroma is more grape but some berry, too. It is Kool Ade grape powder along with something odd (whodathunkit?!). This is grape Kool Ade meets one of the Ritas. Heavy on the grape. It is dangerous stuff, really. Almost like drinking the kids drink but with a wallop behind it. To be honest it is pretty good. No taste of alcohol. This is actually not bad.
