Deep amber color out of the bomber with a lasting, sticky off white head. Dusty grain and citrus hop nose. This is a very solid straight up IPA. Firm malty backbone, grapefruit, pine and stone fruit hops with a pleasant grapefruit zest bitterness in the finish. merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - MAY 26, 2016

650 mL bottle. Copper body. Smells of grapefruit and some caramel malt. Tastes similar. Grapefruit. Sweet malt. A little nutty. Hefty grassy bitterness. Aggressive. Medium body. Classic IPA. Doesn’t have the excitement of newer, juicier IPAs, but it’s pretty good. sloth (2936) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - JAN 22, 2016
Large, lasting, rocky off white head that lasts with a hefty, sticky lace. Lightly hazy copper clad color. Bold citrus and caramel malt aroma. Med/full body, bit chewy with a soft carbonation. Lightly sweet caramel malts and earthy, citrusy hop notes, hint of melons and orange juice. Lightly sweet finish that needs more bite. Still a nice quaffed. Thanks to footbalm, I think? Bottle from secret Santa. Poured light Amber with decent sized white head and some lacing. Nose of citrus and floral hops. Taste is very hoppy with little malt. Hops are very bitter citrus, maybe a little metallic. Finish is very bitter. Mouth is heavily carbonated. Overall, a nice IPA that could use a bit more malt balance.
