Lightly hazed yellow pour with a finger of white head. Very sweet malt/grain aroma. Some biscuit, bread, and mild esters. Light floral hop aroma and a hint of spice. Tastes of biscuit, bread, and grain. A touch of yeast, some grass, floral hops, and a light spice bite on the finish. Dogbrick (13144) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 4, 2008
Sample at the Irvine brewpub. This brew pours a clear pale gold color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly, and tiny rising bubbles. Thin sheet of lacing on the glass. Milk Saaz hops aroma. Light-bodied with an off-hops flavor and some spices. The finish is thin and leaves a short astringent hops aftertaste. Not very good overall. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - DEC 12, 2007

OC tour, tap at Irvine brewpub: Light golden hue with fizzy fading head. The aroma has notes of corn grain, soapy malt and some apple. Blah flavor of bland grains and nothing else. Effervescent and watery. Blah, Blah, Blah...why is this listed as a pils? thedm (6221) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 4, 2007
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated yellow colored body. The aroma contained mild astringency and diacetyl notes. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a bubbly aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt hops sweet and mild astringency. A horrible one that I would not buy again. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 3, 2004

This was the lamest of their beers. Like the others, pretty well made, but this was just boring, nothing going on whatsoever, reminded me of Cascade Summer Blonde, just sweet and crappy. pale and malty.
Sampled draught at Steelhead Brewing, Eugenehotstuff (5173) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 20, 2008
Pale yellow, light lacing, light carbonation. Nose if sour & malty. The flavor though is well balanced & creamy. Finishes smooth.
Draft at Steelhead BC, Eugene, OR. Small white head that was mostly lasting, virtually no lacing, transparent, no carbonation observed, and a pale yellow hue. Nose and flavor was malt and corn. Smooth mouthfeel and light bodied. Definitely not a quaffable brew IMO and definitely I won’t have again. Next!
