black, wispy tan head, bits of drippy lace,
sweet dark chocolate and roasted coffee aroma,
rich malt flavor, lots of dark chocolate character, dark caramel sweetness brings out a milky chocolate, balanced with the roasted malt that leads to a coffee finish,

OC tour, tap at Irvine brewpub: Deep brown hue with a frothy head. The aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, grassy hops, and prune ester. The taste is roasted and charred malts with a hit of chocolate sweetness and herbal hop bitters. The mouth feel is dry and smooth. A drinkable beer, yeah! StoutsRights (10) - USA - MAR 4, 2005
UPDATED: MAR 9, 2005 Irvine location. Dark brown. Dry. Mellow chocolate flavor, among others. Mouthfeel is thin, like Guiness. Nothing bad about it. Inoffensive next to food. A solid session beer.
