This is like the budweiser of Belgian beers. Nice color. Its a good beer but not a great beer. Its an average lager that is dependable and a couple of notches above Miller. Smooth with a little skunk bitterness on taste which is what you get with average lagers.

This is a good beer. It has a wonderful color and the yeast undertones add to the hops. I do not get the Belgium out of this so I would say this is more like a Hefe.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2005 A pretty descent lager with an mettalic aroma, but certainly not one of the best. (Bottle 25cl, can 33cl)

Bottle Picked up a 6-pack of this stuff cuz I got a cool free glass with it. Typical slightly sweet bread aroma, very nice creamy white head that was still there at the bottom of the glas. Otherwise bright clear yellow with lots of effervessing bubbles. In general pretty good...for the style. The free glass I got is pretty neat !

"This Belgian lager has a light little fruity taste to it. No hoppy taste. Noticable carbanation. An average beer. Would drink it again, but not worth the money."

Can given to me from England. Aroma was little metalic but that may be due to the fact it was warm for awhile duing transport then re-refrigerated. Yellow body with big foamy head. Left lots of lacing and had some bubble action in the body of beer. Flavor would compare to most domestics in the states, but this one was not bitter or watery. Taste was smooth and at 111 degrees today a good refresher.

Actually very mild in all respects. Very muted nose, though a bit skunky. Pale yellow, with a very large head, and extremely carbonated. Flavor is not nearly as macro as I expected, with a bigger hop profile than I anticipated. Washes down fairly well, but leaves you with a feeling of emptiness, especially since its so thin.
