Ooh, I liked this one. It was tasty.
I remember it as flavorful, with a good taste. The bottle it came in seemed very "upper class" if you will, and it was actually kind of a pain in the ass to get open... but very enjoyable none the less. nijuro (63) - USA - DEC 11, 2006
not bad and maltier than other pale lagers I’ve had. Pretty light and not really anything special. However, it’s unoffensive and since it’s pretty common, Stella’s a nice alternative to typical sports-bar swill. AndrewMichaelZ (63) - - JAN 13, 2014
She is what she is. A light, crisp, pale lager.
Has a mild fruitiness to it with a dry back end.

An acquired taste for many palates. The abrasive flavour can be off-putting to new takers. Most drinkers graduate to this tipple from nasty Carling. One of the few beers in my experience that tastes better from a can than from draught. Can’t beat the real stuff from Belgium though! superdude1979 (62) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUL 26, 2009
Not much special here. I got a case on sale for $10, and then I was able to use a coupon for an additional $1.50 off. This beer is always so expensive and I don’t really know why. Pours a nice golden color, easy on the palate, no aftertaste or any sort of flavour. Not as watered down as American Macro swill, but no real flavor. Not worth what they charge.

Unexciting very slightly skunky beer. Better than a lot of other pales out there though. High ABV! Mrthekidd (62) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 19, 2013
I honesty hate this beer. It is pbr but with better marketing. Actual I like pbr or coot light a whole lot more.

Not a good beer, clear with weak head. Not much aroma, pretty standard for a mass produced beer. Significantly smoother than other similarly priced and produced beers, but not good. DirtyJerd (61) - Edinboro, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2007
over-priced over-rated belgium import . . to buy one at a bar is fine, paying $30 for a case is ridiculous for this beer. BrewmeisterEd (61) - USA - DEC 4, 2007
Pours typical lager color with minimal head - interestingly enough, when I held up to the light, couldn’t see much action regarding carbonation bubbles rising to top - but the beer wasn’t flat - solid all around brew, I was a bit surprised at the overall rating given by others - I thought this was on par with the ’crafts’ put out by the big boys (e.g. Blue Moon) while priced about the same...
