Not much better than the domestic Stella. Slightly more body, slightly better hops finish. Emphasis on the slightly.

Pale golden. Fruity, clean and bitterish. .................................

Test vom 8.1.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,9,12,8,9,9 - 9,10

Golden, with a bubbly white head. Has a fryity and malty aroma. Flavor is rather mild, with some hops in the finish. A quite ordinary lager... (My 900:th rating)

Bottle. Golden yellow with white head. Quite mild, with malts the main flavor, with a hoppy finish Quite refreshing.

[5.2%ABV] A good thirst quencher when you are visiting Egypt. This is cleaner than most other Egyptian beers and definately drinkable.

It's a soft pilsener..........................................

Stella Export is tough to find in Cairo. It’s a bit yeasty, and very fizzy. I enjoyed it as it’s not particularly crisp or herbal. There’s a lemony/citrusy element present that adds some complexity. Nice. One of Al Ahram Brewing’s best.

From old tasting notes. Cloudy pale yellow gold color. Foamy white head.msweetish wet cardboard aroma. Sweet malt flavor with hints of celery and cork. Unpleasant finish.

3.1
blackisle (2758) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - SEP 20, 2013
Drank while on a Nile cruise in 2005. Light malty, bread, grassy, bit fruity hops, clear golden to yellow, bubbly white head, light sweetness, nice bitterness, touch of citrus, fizzy carbonation, smooth watery feeling, dry mildly bitter finish, a well-balanced and quite nice beer.
